摘 要
本次毕业设计完成了对柴油机外罩的冲压工艺和模具设计，在工艺计算的基础上，优化确定出柴油机外罩的冲压生产工艺：第一副模具为落料拉深复合模，第二副为再次拉深模，第三副为校形切边复合模。本次设计完成了上述三幅模具的装配图和部分零件图的设计计算和绘制，以及冲压工艺过程卡片和设计说明书的编写。
关键词：冲压，工艺设计，模具设计
Abstract
We have done the design about the press work process schem design and the mould design of the diesel engine outer cover in this graduation design.Based the craftwork account,we confirmed the production craftwork about press work of diesel engine outer work: the first mold for falls the material drawing superposable die,second is two drawing mold,and the third is plastic mold.We have done the assemblage chart of three moulds above mentioned and the design account and plotting of part accessory chart in this design,as well as the writting of the press work craftwork process card and design manual.
